1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClinicBot ("the Service"), operated by ClinicBot ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClinicBot is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides AI-powered chatbot receptionist services for clinics. The Service includes:

• An AI chatbot widget that patients can interact with on your website
• Automated appointment request collection
• A dashboard for clinic staff to manage conversations and appointments
• Multi-language support (English, Tagalog, Cebuano/Bisaya)

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal chatbot interactions

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI chatbot provides automated responses based on the information configured by the clinic. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Patients should always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses.

6. Appointment Booking

Appointment requests collected through the chatbot are not confirmed appointments. All appointment requests require confirmation by clinic staff through the dashboard. ClinicBot is not responsible for scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, or any issues arising from the appointment booking process.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ClinicBot. You retain ownership of your clinic's data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinicBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cebu City, Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
